Hook In

Even with a start to a dreary day yesterday, Grant Street Woolworks still had a decent turn out.  I didn't even take my sun glasses with me (never leave home without them).  Always a great day for sharing and laughing.  Does the heart and mind good :).

I started this rug a while back and then just put it down. I had to get ready for Colonial Day which was a few weeks back.  Now that it is over, I can get back to it.  I will save this rug to work on for Thursdays hook in, and do some cross stitch or punch needle during the week. That's the plan anyway! All neutrals with some red and black. It will go on my dining room table when finished.

There was finishing going on with other hookers.

Nancee with her Original Design

And Joan with her scrappy rug. Sorry I didn't get it right side up!

Diana sooooo close to being finished with her Rooster rug!

Patty has been coming for a little while now. Working on her Santa.

And Tammie just came last night and was getting started on her second project!

Linda has been busy hooking up samples of the different wools she has in the shop.  I think she will be busy for a while :).

Soooooo, If you are ever in the area and need some patterns or thread, or wool, or supplies, or, or, or......   you know where to come!!

Thanks for all the sweet comments on my last post. They are sooooo appreciated!
Have a Blessed day everyone!

Oh what a lot of great patterns. How does anyone get anything accomplished with so much to shop for?

Thanks for the nice rugs in progress show. Wow, lots of patterns to choose from. it must be hard to sit down to hook with so much to look at.

Wow! Grant Street is filling up with some beautiful threads and patterns on top of the already irresistible selection of woolies! :-) Nancee's cat rug is too cute! Great geometric design you have going there.... happy to see you hooking and blogging again! :-)
